·         Personal administration is suspended, please arrange your orders in our webstore or via phone

Personal Receipt of Goods

·         The possibility of personal receipt of goods is limited. You can pick your orders at our registered seat, in our designated parcels of delivery in the background. We follow a process with limited personal contact, the used wains are sterilized on a regular basis. 

Attention!As of May 19, 2020, personal receipt of Goods is available till 5:00 p.m.  As earlier, also please consult and determine the time of your arrival with one of our Colleagues in prior.

Delivery of Goods

·         Delivery is carried out by our own courier or specialised shipping company in accordance with our general conditions (pls. refer to GTC)

·         In case of delivery to abroad please note, that due to the emergency actions of the countries, transit can take longer

Return of Products, Warranty issues

·         In case of Return of products and Warranty issues please download our RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Document, and send them to our Support team.

·         Should you have any RMA, warranty case in process please follow the instructions you were provided by our Colleagues earlier.
